COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course covers advances in digital technology and workflows to deliver outstanding restorations for patients. Dr. Morris will demonstrate how current procedures and state-of-the-art components are making the delivery of efficient aesthetic restorations the norm in both single tooth and full arch dental applications.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Expand and enhance referral network by integrating advanced digital technologies.
- Recognize the distinctions between traditional implant-specific protocols and digital workflows and determine the appropriate situations and methods for their application.
- Understand the advantages of new scannable anatomically shaped healing abutments.
- Explore the fundamentals of photogrammetry and discuss implementation of digital workflows available for full arch therapy.
SPEAKER
Dr. Gary Morris
Dr. Morris received his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his residency in Prosthodontics at the UMKC College of Dentistry in Kansas City Missouri. He is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Morris has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally on implant prosthodontics and has authored or coauthored numerous articles and two book chapters related to dental implants. He maintains a private practice, limited to prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
