Full Arch Evolution: From Immediacy to Advanced Full Arch Rehabilitation - Building a Predictable, Profitable, Scalable System
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Many clinicians can place implants. Far fewer have developed a predictable and scalable system for delivering full-arch rehabilitation with consistent esthetic, functional, and restorative outcomes.
This two-day program provides participants with a practical blueprint for implementing a modern full-arch workflow based on the same biologic and restorative principles that drive successful immediate implant therapy. Through case-based presentations, digital workflow demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive treatment planning sessions, attendees will learn how to integrate treatment planning, surgery, prosthetics, laboratory communication, and business systems into a cohesive full-arch treatment model.
Participants will explore the continuum of immediacy—from single implants and immediate molars to complex full-arch rehabilitation—and learn how these concepts can be applied to maximize hard and soft tissue preservation while improving esthetic outcomes. Special emphasis will be placed on treatment planning strategies that help clinicians preserve opportunities for FP1 and FP2 outcomes while understanding the indications for FP3 solutions.
The program will also introduce advanced treatment concepts for the atrophic patient, including pterygoid implants, palatal implant positioning, graftless treatment concepts, zygomatic implants, and patient-specific implants (PSIs). Additional focus will be placed on digital workflows, photogrammetry, smile design, laboratory integration, and implementation strategies that allow surgeons to build predictable full-arch programs within both private practice and multi-office environments.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the continuum of immediacy from single implants and immediate molars to full-arch rehabilitation.
- Differentiate indications for FP1, FP2, and FP3 treatment concepts.
- Develop a systematic approach to full-arch treatment planning based on esthetic, functional, biologic, and restorative principles.
- Utilize facial analysis, smile design, and prosthetic planning to guide surgical decision-making.
- Incorporate digital workflows including CBCT, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, digital smile design, and 3D printing.
- Improve communication between surgeon, restorative dentist, laboratory, and clinical team.
- Apply surgical principles that preserve hard and soft tissues during full-arch treatment.
- Understand grafting strategies that support ideal prosthetic outcomes and long-term esthetic success.
- Recognize common surgical, restorative, and esthetic complications and develop strategies to prevent and manage them.
- Evaluate the role of pterygoid implants and palatal implant positioning in expanding treatment options and preserving ideal prosthetic outcomes.
- Understand the indications, advantages, limitations, and treatment-planning considerations associated with zygomatic implants and patient-specific implants (PSIs).
- Compare grafting and graftless treatment concepts for management of the moderately to severely atrophic maxilla.
- Develop a framework for selecting appropriate treatment strategies for patients with advanced maxillary atrophy.
- Implement systems for consultation, treatment acceptance, and patient education.
- Develop a scalable full-arch workflow that can be replicated across multiple practice locations through effective integration of surgical, restorative, laboratory, and digital teams.

Dr. Bach Le
Dr. Bach Le completed his specialty training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University and is currently an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. He is also in private practice in Whittier, California.
Dr. Le has authored over 25 textbook chapters on bone regeneration and dental implants and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. He is an Honorary Member of the American College of Prosthodontists and a recipient of the Charles E. English Award in Clinical Science.
He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, and the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
