Dr. Shaun Young

Dr. Shaun Young was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He earned his undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Florida, where he also played on the men's tennis team and served as Dental School Class President. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Emory University, serving as Administrative Chief Resident.

Dr. Young's clinical expertise includes complex ridge augmentation, immediate implant placement, full-arch rehabilitation, dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, and maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction.

Passionate about education, Dr. Young lectures nationally on dental implants and ridge augmentation. Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Valentina Espinosa, and their three children, as well as training for Ironman triathlons and marathons.
